The new restaurant Tac/Quila brings Mexico's mid-mod style to downtown Palm Springs. Owners Liz and Mark Ostoich, aim to add Mexican flair to the mid-century modern architecture for which downtown Palm Springs is known. The restaurant's unique name Tac/Quila is the owner's made-up word for combining gourmet Jalisco style cuisine with specialty tequilas bringing the guests south of the border and into a culture rich in flavor, color, art, and authenticity.
If your mood screams for the more familiar, right in the middle of downtown Palm Springs sits the popular Tommy Bahama! Tommy Bahama's Marlin Bar is the ideal relaxed atmosphere for a perfect vacation. Unwind with a cocktail and enjoy some light fare, or treat yourself to organic soft-serve ice cream.
