More than Music at Stagecoach

Think Stagecoach Country Music Festival is just about the tunes? Think again! While you're planning your April getaway to the Palm Springs desert area, here's something that might surprise you: celebrity chef Guy Fieri will be hosting cooking demonstrations with an impressive lineup of stars including Shaboozey, Jelly Roll, and rock legend Sammy Hagar!

The Mayor of Flavortown has been a Stagecoach staple since 2018, commanding his "Guy Fieri's Stagecoach Smokehouse" stage. This isn't your average cooking demo – it's set up like the ultimate backyard barbecue where festival-goers can watch celebrities hang out while Fieri shares his signature grilling tips. And if you're lucky enough to be in the front row, you might score some free samples... or catch some flying food, as Guy and his guests have been known to toss tasty treats into the eager crowd!

The 2025 festival, April 25-27 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, continues the evolution that began in 2024. Previously, the Smokehouse operated from its dedicated tent with barbecue vendors, but last year, Fieri's operation moved closer to the main action. For 2025, the barbecue experience curated by Fieri will be available at the premium Rhinestone Saloon viewing area near the Main Stage—perfect for enjoying specialty food and drinks while watching the headliners perform.

Luke Combs, Jelly Roll, and Zack Bryan will headline the festival, but be sure to factor in some time for this unique culinary experience. After all, where else can you see Jelly Roll and Guy Fieri collaborating on a smoking hot dish?
