ModMansions Cancellation Policy

1. Thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of any advance payments.
2. Fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled arrival date you will receive a 50% refund.
3. Between 0 and 13 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refunds will be given.
4. No refund will be given for early departures.
5. Special event weekends, holidays (Christmas/NYE/Thanksgiving/Coachella, etc.) & long-term rentals (stays 28 nights plus) no refund will be given.

Should ModMansions re-rent the property for those specific dates, then ModMansions has the option of refunding the amount we were able to re-rent for, up to the prepaid amount.
