How much are rentals?
Our properties are divided into 3 tiers:
- Royal – average nightly rate = $1145.00
- Grand - average nightly rate = $952.00
- Premium - average nightly rate = $750.00
- Quaint - average nightly rate = $375.00
Please note that these are low/off-season rates (June 1 – October 31), and Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Coachella rates are higher. Rates do not include pool heat, cleaning fees, or Palm Springs City tax. Prices are subject to change. Please contact us for exact rates, and weekly, monthly, and long-term stays.
